All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of processing time.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and we also accept PayPal.

This means that we cannot ship out this product until we receive the prescription. Please fax us over the prescription right after you place the order and we will ship out the product immediately after receiving the documents. By law, certain products require a prescription prior to being dispensed. You can fax your prescription to us at 586-552-4276, or you can email it to rx@shop.shanmedical.com. Note: If product is ordered with no prescription, a 15% processing fee will be charged, if prescription is not sent within 24 hours.

Yes, of course it is. We use Comodo SSL and it does a daily scan of our site to guarantee our customers the highest level of security. You can click on the “Corner of Trust” on the bottom right corner to ensure that secured up to date.

Orders shipped to Michigan addresses are subject to a 6% state sales tax.

We are sorry, but we do not file any insurance claims. We do e-mail the order receipt to every customer once the order is placed online. From there, the customer can use this invoice to submit it to the provider for possible reimbursement. Of course, we can't guarantee reimbursement because that is between the customer and the provider.

We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders $75.00 or above. All other orders will be a flat rate shipping fee of only 5$.
